Welcome to Abhaig

A Boutique B&B in the dramatic Trotternish Peninsula, Northern Skye.

The location is special; rural with uninterrupted views to NW Skye and the Outer Hebrides,

you'll experience starry skies and even Aurora Borealis if you are lucky!

With two luxurious boutique rooms, a passion for serving wholesome home-made food

in their cosy Highland home, your hosts Viv & Steve look forward to giving you a big Skye welcome.

Our destination B&B is perfect for active couples, solo travellers or one adult group of 3/4 looking for

stays in a relaxed, hosted setting. Slow travel is what we are about, with highland hospitality in its truest form.

Beautiful rooms to be enjoyed, food to be savoured and time to be taken over this magical island.

We even have a tiny, curated gift shop for some quality treasures to bring home from your visit.

A small range of Scottish-made/inspired items and produce, for you to enjoy and remember us by.

We open in March/April and end our season in November/December (led by demand/seasonality).

Opening date for 2026 is Sunday 1st March. Book now!

Guest feedback suggests a stay of at least 3/4 nights will give a truly satisfactory Skye visit!

Our minimum stay is 1 to 3 nights, depending on the time of year, and capacity allowing.

Single night stays are uncommon. Please email us if you wish to discuss options not seen

in our availability, we might be able to come up with that extra night, accommodate both rooms etc.
